Grow in Slow Motion is a moving meditation class in the form of a folk-pop song. From lyrical instructions to “Focus on the breath and don’t try to change it”, it opens into delightful orchestral sing-a-longs affirming a connection with nature's cycles, and providing a soothing soundtrack for tending to our garden within (mental health).
